GIFTS & SPECIAL PROMOTIONS: If there is ever a promotion we were we are giving away a free gift, it is ONE free gift per account holder. Not one gift per account order. If separate orders are made consecutively, to the same address with in 48hrs of each other, for the same person, on the account, only one gift will be sent and the orders consolidated together for shipping purposes. Please check your cart before ordering. Once an order has been placed we CANNOT make any changes or additions to your order after purchased.
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so with in 24 hours of placing it or it will be processed, charged and sent. See our return policy for detailed information on returns. We do not offer refunds once processed.
If you receive a damaged or wrong shipment please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of receiving it so we can have the correct item shipped to you, the incorrect ones shipped back and if need be fix any damaged products. You can contact us on the form below! PLEASE INCLUDE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE!
We DO NOT refund initial shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received a defective or incorrect item).
Returning orders must be postmarked to return the items NO MORE than 3 days of date that the order was received by you, the customer. Orders that are received that do not meet the return policy below will not be accepted or processed.
All orders are shipped out with 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. We only offer standard shipping.

BULK BUSINESS DELIVERY ORDERS: We will no longer be offering free delivery to businesses with in the Liberty, Platte city, Gladstone, Tiffany Springs or Kansas City areas. There will be a $20-30 fee added to all bulk business orders to these areas to cover delivery costs if we aren’t shipping your order.
**If we have several orders placed to the same address, from the same account holder, consecutively with in 48hours of each other, only ONE shipment will be made for all items. If an account holder lists different shipping addresses on each order made, and the Items are being shipped to different places we will NOT condense the order and we will send separately.
