****By placing an order on the site you are agreeing to all of our terms, conditions & policies. We are not liable for any damages that candles can cause specifically fires & burns from using an open flame. Please always use caution and follow all warning labels when using candles.

*8oz candles are only double wick when noted in the size description.  


REFUND POLICY

Due to the subjectivity of the sense of smell, we do not place much stock on fragrance descriptions. Many of our candle scents and fragrance oils are self-explanatory, such as Watermelon, Coffee, etc... but we also realize that many scent names of our‘s like Black Onyx, Earth or Druid Smoke have a somewhat vague, descriptive nature to them. There is no guarantee that the scent described will smell identical to its presentation but we can promise, they are as close as can be! 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

WE DO NOT OFFER CASH, CREDIT OR CHECK BASED REFUND FOR ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.   Store credit may be issued in SOME circumstances. Due to the extensive wait times (20 business days) our credit card processor takes to issue refunds we do not offer any type of refund for items.  See full policies below. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges if returning or exchanging an item. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES, RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY CANDLES ONCE BURNED UNLESS THE WICK IS TUNNELING OR A SHIPPING ISSUE OCCURRED, IN WHICH CASE **YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT A CLAIM BY EMAILING US THE ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND EXPLANATION AT MyMommaTriedLLC@Gmail.com 

If you would like to RETURN/EXCHANGE your item because the scent isn’t quite what you were looking for, upon arrival, you have 3 days to do so from the date your order was delivered.  The candle must be in NEW condition with all tags or stickers attached and NO visible burn markings or digging into the wax.

**YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT A CLAIM STATING THE REASON FOR YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE to MyMommaTriedLLC@gmail.com anything past 3 days will not be applicable. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES (sending it back to us and our return back to you). After we receive your items we will send you a egift card for you to reorder with in 10 days. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE card terms:  e-gift codes are for you to use in our store only. we only issue e-gift cards for under specific circumstances (see above) the card amount will be for the price you originally paid for the item. YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED SHIPPING FEES AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING FEES THAT ARISE FOR ANY PURCHASES. You will have 10 days to use the gift card for your exchange on any of our items we have online. Gift cards CANNOT be sold or transferred to another person. There is a two time exchange LIMIT placed on all accounts. If the item that was returned to us is not in new condition, no credit of any kind will be issued.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR ANY OF OUR DISCOUNTED ITEMS OR HOLIDAY ITEMS.

When Sending in Your Return or Exchange. When sending in your return or exchanged items, please include the invoice slip that was in your order. Please indicate on the packing slip whether you would like to exchange or return your items. Failing to include the invoice will slow down your return process, so please be sure to include the slip!

Please allow up to 5 BUSINESS days for all exchanged & returned items to be received and processed for credit to be issued.

You will receive an email confirmation for your e-gift card once your return or exchange has been processed.

ALL BULK ORDERS (more than 25 candles)- no returns, refunds or exchanges of any kind, under any circumstances.  

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO: MYMOMMATRIEDLLC@GMAIL.COM  

 GIFTS & SPECIAL PROMOTIONS: If there is ever a promotion we were we are giving away a free gift, it is ONE free gift per account holder. Not one gift per account order. If separate orders are made consecutively, to the same address with in 48hrs of each other, for the same person, on the account, only one gift will be sent and the orders consolidated together for shipping purposes. Terms & Conditions

Please check your cart before ordering. Once an order has been placed we CANNOT make any changes or additions to your order after purchased.  

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so with in 24 hours of placing it or it will be processed, charged and sent.  See our return policy for detailed information on returns. We do not offer refunds once processed. 

If you receive a damaged or wrong shipment please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of receiving it so we can have the correct item shipped to you, the incorrect ones shipped back and if need be fix any damaged products. You can contact us on the form below! PLEASE INCLUDE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE!  

We DO NOT refund initial shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received a defective or incorrect item).

Returning orders must be postmarked to return the items NO MORE than 3 days of date that the order was received by you, the customer. Orders that are received that do not meet the return policy below will not be accepted or processed.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped out with 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. We only offer standard shipping.  

Free shipping on all orders between $30-$100.  

ALL holiday orders must be placed  by date specifications on website & socials to receive items on time.  

Valentine’s Day- 2/4 by 10pm

Thanksgiving: 11/10 by 10pm 

Christmas schedule: 12/18 by 10pm for non local orders. 

New Years Schedule: 12/23 by 10pm 

LOCAL DELIVERY WILL BE $5.00 for the  64024 area with in city limits.  

LOCAL PICKUP FROM OUR STORE WILL ALWAYS BE FREE. 1727 W Jesse James Rd, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024 suite 15

BULK BUSINESS DELIVERY ORDERS: We will no longer be offering free delivery to businesses with in the Liberty, Platte city, Gladstone, Tiffany Springs or Kansas City areas.  There will be a $20-30 fee added to all bulk business orders to these areas to cover delivery costs if we aren’t shipping your order. 

**If we have several orders placed to the same address, from the same account holder, consecutively with in 48hours of each other, only ONE shipment will be made for all items.  If an account holder lists  different shipping addresses on each order made, and the Items are being shipped to different places we will NOT condense the order and we will send separately.
